I have actually gotten a little further in my quest since my last update. I did get an expongement, kind of, apparently they forgot to exponge one of the convictions though. I have finally recently acquired an attorney from Austin, Tx. who is representing me in my suit for damages against the City of El Paso and their P.D..We'll see what happens..... I suggest hounding Kay Bailey Hutchinson's office. You need to make nice and get a good contact in there. If you persist with her senate office, you might make some headway. Get to know the folks in Perry's office. Find a contact. They are public servants, here to help you. I know they "washed their hands", but you need to persist. This is your future, your identity, and you have already dealt with enough BS in regards to your supposed "record." As for finding an attorney, find a legal office in Texas if that's a problem. Next time you're in TX, visiting family, you should look into contacting the Attorney General's office.
