Well, either you don't have a lot of visitors here, or no one likes to talk (write)!

Please do me a favor, but don't take this as criticism, please. I make many, many mistakes, but I am almost blind...what's your excuse? Just kidding!!! Oh, bad English. I started that first sentence with please, and ended it with the same word! Not a good thing to do, or so I've been told.

In your blog above when you talk about your Papaw being a pastor, you wrote in parenthesis "Baptits". It just didn't sound right, but I laughed! Just change that one word, and I won't tell you any of the others. Heehee.

No, I am not a Baptist... Sorry, it was just one little mistake that I can't overlook. lol

I used to proof read for a court reporter (I wasn't having problems with my sight then), and I did a lot of typing for him also. He taught me a lot about the computer, and my best companion he showed me was (and still is) "spell checking"!!! I still have to reread what I typed, as the spell checker does not catch "hot" that should be "not", or "her" that should be "here"... You know, I'm sure.

I do enjoy your writing so very much! You have captured my heart...at least your writing has. Wanted to clarify that so your wife wouldn't be upset! Besides, I'm old enough to be your mother! I have a daughter that was born in Nov 1971, and a son born in Oct 1972. My first daughter is a story I may tell you about sometime. I was told she was stillborn...but.. My heart goes out to you both. Even after 36 years, I tear up, especially around her birthday.

Anyway, I write romance novels. I have 17 finished, and so many that need to be finished it's not funny. I have 3 at an agent's office. I don't know what he is doing with them, though he tells me he's sending them out to publishers. I didn't know there were that many! He has had them 3 years last December. I needed the money when I sent them to him, and I sure need it more now! I'm not anywhere the author as Rawlings (? you know, the Harry Potter authur), but I do have many people that have read some of my books and they have encouraged me to get them published ... so I took them for their word.

My daughter I wrote about that was 15 when she saw her "sister" walk into her bedroom (hope you read my story of our ghosts) has some of my books posted on Amazon as e-books. Very few have sold, but she doesn't advertise them. I still share some of my books through e-mails. One of my nieces is waiting for one to read. I've been too busy to do it...you know, working my businesses that aren't going anywhere.

So, here I am, in the middle of the night, on the computer, not doing the things I had planned to get done, because you stopped me! Thanks, though. I really did enjoy reading every blog. By the way, what happened to the blog-a-day thing? Is there lots more? Well, yeah, if I would look to the left, no, the other left (right), I would see that I could click on ... well, I don't have time to sit and read everything! I still haven't read my ebook, or manual, for my GDI!!! I really want to get that going, and I want to set up my website to something really awesome...but it takes reading to know what I'm doing. Sound familiar?

For the last 12 or so years, I've sat and played games on the computer and emailed people. I have lots of pains and when I concentrate on something other than that, I'm better off. I've met some really nice people out there, too. But last summer, my son and I decided to get this business going, called StoresOnline. Well, we found it isn't as "point-and-click easy" as they told us, and it sits there. My son was paying for the $6000 business monthly, until his job went down in January. He came back home (Missouri from Utah) until it comes back up in April. He drives a semi in the oilfield, but doesn't have the experience to drive on winter roads. Oh, yeah, back to summer... We got into a fix with that one. I've been trying to find a way to fix that website, by getting myself into one thing after another! Not smart. I've dropped the ones that were costing me something per month but not giving me anything in return. Except GDI. I really like it. But I'm about to lose it because I don't even have the $10 for last month! I'm advertising it and Hits2u like crazy... Well, if I lose it, I'll get it back when I know I can do it, money-wise.

You can delete this when you get finished, it doesn't need to be on your comments. I'm just rambling, showing how late it is and how tired I am.

I still need to go back to your email to find out what I'm supposed to be doing! You have a student with ADD, I think (me). I get sidetracked all the time. Oh, and I home-school the 2 granddaughters we have living with us, so I am busy.

Take care, and have a wonderful weekend! We are going to succeed, you know!!! I have confidence in us.

This is Jan, leaving you now. :-)

P. S. I feel as if I know you, after reading so much about you. I hope your mom is doing all right now. Say Hi to your wife and daughter. ;-)
